Advantech performs daily backups on all Hosted Exchange Data. We provide anti-spam, anti-phishing, and virus scanning on all mailboxes. The use of public folders is unlimited, and we DO NOT charge extra for the following add-ons as a courtesy to our customers: Advanced Anti-Spam, Windows Mobile ActiveSync, Journaling, and Compliant Archiving. Advantech deals with the upkeep of updates and/or upgrades on spam and phishing filters, virus software, security, and backups, so our clients can focus
